Bikes and Motorbikes

I’ve been fascinated with motorcycles since being a kid, but could only afford them after I had started my career. I was fortunate while living in Hong Kong to have access to an F1 track in Zhuhai, where I had a paddock and race-prepared motorbike (a Yamaha R6). In 2008 my friend Jups Heikkilä invited me on a trip around the Archipelago Sea in Finland, where we ferried from island to island, staying on his friend’s island overnight (and jumping into the cold Baltic after a Finnish sauna). I’ve also at times been riding electric unicycles, but for the most part today I bike, along the Lakefront trails in Chicago’s summers, and the Desert Ridge trails in Phoenix in winter.
